Location is unbeatable and generally the service was amazing. They even unwound my wife’s hairdryers cable which was a mess - never before experienced something like that. Great snacks for free in the room. Quality breakfast.

Manager let us change our original room. We were above trash truck, gardener, delivery area, constant noise all hours of nite and day. Room we got after that nightmare was terrific. Very clean, spacious and above all…peaceful. Manager also sent up and bottle of champagne, a card and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. That was extremely kind of him. He was great to work with and made things right. Lived how they picked us up and dropped us from airport. Overall the employees were all great.

Best hotel in Aspen. Five Stars. Ski-in Ski-out at Ajax. Ski locker is literally next to the gondola. Location in town is also close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and recently updated. Numerous restaurants and bars on the property. Great staff, ready to assist with all wants and needs. Free shuttles to and from the airport, around town and to Aspen Highlands. No other hotel in town can compete with the above!

Breakfast was delicious, service was quick and the staff was always friendly. Views were amazing and we didn't realize it was a dog friendly hotel and there were always well behaved dogs hanging out which was super fun!

Staff is happy, friendly, professional, personable, eager to help, go extra mile to make your stay comfortable. This is true from bellman to concierge manager. Special thanks to Julianna and Frank in concierge team. They are ready smooth out every hiccup or inconvenience if it happens independent of them, in minutes. Location of property is amazing. True ski in/ski out. Walking distance from main town shopping and restaurants.
